Freedom of Information It has always been The Safety Camera Partnerships policy to share as much information with the public as possible to help you to understand our aims and objectives, and to keep you informed on how we are working towards achieving them.From 1st January, 2005, the Freedom of Information Act requires that all public bodies should provide a general right of access to the information they hold. However, there may be occasions when it can be clearly demonstrated that it is not in the public interest to release information. In these cases, we will apply the exemptions afforded under the Act.
